Data Requests

If you are an individual located in the EU with a request pertaining to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can submit a request below and use the support topic GDPR Request or Data Export.

Data Export

If you have not already deleted your profile, you may request an export of your data. Please keep in mind that not all data is accessible, since we need to maintain the privacy of the users you’ve matched with.

To request your data:

  1. Sign in to the Chattiiapp.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Download My Data.
  5. Select your country.
  6. Tap Download my data again.
  7. Confirm your email address.
  8. Tap Submit.

You may also request your data by contacting us directly:

  1. Tap Submit A Request.
  2. Choose the support topic: Data Export

Account Deletion

To delete your profile permanently:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm

This action ensures all your content including photos, chat history, and member interactions will be deleted.

Simply removing, uninstalling or deleting the Chattii app from your phone will not terminate your account entirely, you must follow the above steps to terminate your profile. If you've already deleted the app from your phone, you can reach out to our support team by submitted a request and we’ll help you out!

Please note if you subscribed to a paid membership you will need to take the necessary steps with the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure you are not charged an auto renewal subscription fee.

Rectify Profile Information

To add, edit, adjust, or limit visibility for any preference or profile criteria  on your Chattii, you can do so directly within the Settings screen in your Chattii App.
